EzTarget Media is Terra Networks Operations, Inc. (“Terra”) Ad Network (“EzTarget”). EzTarget is deeply committed to earning your trust and protecting the privacy of Internet users. To better understand EzTarget’s privacy protocol, EzTarget provides this notice explaining its online technology and information collection practices when it serves advertisements on its network of web sites.
EzTarget uses one or more third party ad serving providers to serve ads at Terra and at our clients’ sites. In the course of delivering an ad to you, the third party ad serving provider may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser and use information about your visits to this and other web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. Advertisers using the EzTarget network of sites may collect personally identifiable information explicitly provided by consumers (i.e. name, address, email address or telephone number) for purposes including the purchase of goods and services, order shipment, and/or sweepstakes entry. PLEASE NOTE: Personally identifiable information collected by Advertisers using the EzTarget network of sites is subject to the privacy policies of the individual advertisers.
We may use other third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our network of web sites. EzTarget Network and these companies may use non-personal information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements on this site and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
Like most Internet sites, EzTarget and its third party ad serving party uses “cookies” to enhance the Internet user’s experience on the Web. Neither EzTarget nor such third party ad serving party uses these cookies to personally identify you in any way and these cookies in no way damage your system or files.
A cookie is a unique number that is assigned to you the first time you are served an ad. This number is stored in a file on your computer. For instance, cookies help ensure that you don’t repeatedly see the same ad. Cookies can also help advertisers measure how you utilize an advertiser’s site and the effectiveness of an ad. This information can then be used by advertisers to better cater to your needs. In other words, cookies help us deliver to you the types of ads in which you are most interested.
In the course of providing online advertising services to websites and advertisers, EzTarget may use pixel tags (also known as clear GIFs or web beacons). A pixel tag is a line of code that is placed on a website by the website owner which enables us to analyze advertising campaigns and the general usage patterns of visitors to their websites. In all such instances, the pixel tag is programmed to collect only anonymous information about your visit to a particular website, for example, pages viewed, number of visits, navigation history through the website, or other statistics. This non-personally-identifiable information is sent to our ad server for processing.
Businesses often use a pixel tag to better understand the traffic patterns of visitors to a website or enable us to target ads to those visitors on other websites. EzTarget provides services to websites and advertisers and, accordingly, may use pixel tag information for reporting about website traffic or to deliver targeted advertising to your browser. In this case, it will be EzTarget’s policy to require those websites which use EzTarget cookies or pixel tags to provide an appropriate notice in their privacy policies explaining our relationship. Although we believe that cookies help enhance your experience on the Web (by not repeatedly serving the same ads to you and delivering more relevant messages to you), neither EzTarget nor its third party ad serving party needs cookies to deliver ads to you. Web Users have the option of blocking the use of cookies by changing a setting in their browser. Please see your browser supplier’s website for details on how to do this.
EzTarget may share only aggregate, non-personal information, such as number of users that clicked on an advertisement, number of times an advertisement was served, and other information that does not identify you individually, with web sites of its network or Advertisers for reporting, statistical and accounting purposes.
EzTarget retains non-personally-identifiable information for online advertising for up to 90 days. After 90 days this data is deleted. Other aggregated data is retained for up to two years for statistical and reporting purposes.

Opting out from EzTarget will not prevent you to see advertisements but they may not be as relevant as they were before you opted out. If you delete the cookies, change your computer or browser, you will have to opt out again. You may also opt out from EzTarget using the Network Advertising Initiative – NAI opt-out page (http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp), which lets you to opt out not only from EzTarget but also from other NAI members.
EzTarget is committed to keeping data secure and will take all reasonable physical, electronic and procedural precautions to protect data in our control from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.
EzTarget does not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children under thirteen years of age. If you are under 13, please do not provide or send any personal information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If you believe that a minor has provided EzTarget with Personal Data, please contact us. We recommend that minors always ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 5, 2011. In the event that EzTarget decides to update this Privacy Policy, it will post the changes at the Web site and at other places it deems appropriate so that you are aware of what information was changed.
